Security Action (one-star) declaration

Liberogic has made a one-star self-declaration in the Security Action program established by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), an independent administrative institution of Japan.
Security Action is a program in which small and medium-sized enterprises voluntarily declare their commitment to information security measures.
We will continue to strengthen our information security measures and address emerging threats based on the following basic policy.

Information Security Policy

Liberogic (hereinafter "the Company") protects information assets entrusted to us by our clients from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and strives to earn the trust of our clients and society. We are committed to information security throughout the organization based on the following policy.

  1. Management Responsibility

    The Company is committed to continuously improving and enhancing information security under management leadership, in an organized and systematic manner.

  2. Internal System Development

    The Company establishes an organization to maintain and improve information security, and defines information security measures as formal internal rules.

  3. Employee Commitment

    Our employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure that our information security commitments are upheld.

  4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements

    We comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, while meeting our customers' expectations.

  5. Response to violations and incidents

    When violations of information security laws, breach of contract, or incidents occur, we respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
