Liberogic Inc. regards everyone involved in our business partners and operations as important partners, and promotes sustainable relationships built on mutual trust and fair dealings.

Aiming for mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain and new collaboration that transcends company size and corporate affiliations, we have published a "Partnership Building Declaration."

The "Partnership Building Declaration" is a pledge, made in the name of a company's representative, to work toward mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain and to comply with fair trading practices between parent companies and subcontractors.

Liberogic Inc. endorses the purpose of this declaration and will advance the following initiatives while valuing dialogue with our business partners.

1. Mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain and new partnerships that go beyond company size, group affiliation, and other boundaries

We aim to increase value added across the entire supply chain, including not only our direct business partners but also the partners beyond them. We work on collaboration that goes beyond existing business relationships, company size, and affiliations.

• Collaboration between companies

  We work on creating new businesses and services through open innovation, such as streamlining workflows for small and mid-sized companies.

• IT implementation support

  Through IT talent development support and advice and assistance on cybersecurity measures, we contribute to our business partners' digital adoption and the strengthening of their business foundations.

2. Promoting fair transactions

We strive for sufficient consultation and mutual understanding with our business partners regarding ordering methods, price determination, payment methods, and the protection of intellectual property.

We comply with the "Promotion Standards" under the Act on Promotion of Subcontracted Small and Medium Enterprises, and actively work to correct trading practices and business customs that hinder the building of partnerships with our business partners.

3. Responsible transactions and partnerships

We regard the businesses we collaborate with in planning, designing, and developing websites and web applications as important partners.

We strive to clearly define the scope of work, delivery schedules, compensation, and other transaction terms, while engaging in dialogue that respects one another. We also handle information and intellectual property shared in the course of business appropriately, and work toward building long-term, sustainable relationships with our business partners.
