It's natural to be curious about a company's actual state and scale. I understand very well that when entrusting work to someone, these factors serve as a reference point.
Recently, technology in our industry has been developing rapidly, and for that reason I also think that "what kind of structure, what methods, and what results are we delivering?" may be more important than scale or headcount. That said, it's only natural that scale serves as a reference point!
